PRIVACY

KEEPING IT
SIMPLE.

ANYWAY. is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

The “ONE THING.” note stays on your device.

When you type something into the note on the homepage and save it, the text is stored in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to ANYWAY. or AllRhodes.

What we collect

This version of the website does not ask you to create an account, submit a personal story, complete a wellbeing questionnaire or send us health information.

We currently do not intentionally use advertising trackers or behavioural profiling on this site.

Server information

Like most websites, the hosting service may create technical server logs when you visit. These can include information such as an IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information and error/security events. These logs are used for operating and protecting the website and should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Sensitive information

Please do not send ANYWAY. medical details, information about abuse, criminal matters, addiction, sexuality, religion, or other highly sensitive personal information unless and until a specific secure service is introduced that clearly explains why the information is needed and how it will be protected.

External services

ANYWAY. links to organisations such as the NHS, Samaritans and other support services. When you follow an external link, that organisation’s privacy terms apply.

Fonts and third-party resources

This version may load web fonts from Google Fonts. That can involve a request from your browser to Google’s servers. A future release can self-host approved font files if we decide to remove that third-party request entirely.

Cookies

ANYWAY. does not currently use marketing cookies. The local “ONE THING.” note uses browser storage only when you choose to save a note on your own device.

Future changes

If ANYWAY. later introduces forms, stories, accounts, analytics, newsletters, donations or personalised support, this privacy notice will be updated before those features are used.
